Individual appointments can also be requested by email.
Applications and documents can be submitted at any time using the external mailbox at the main entrances of the respective locations.
Similarly, mailbox 072 (yellow mailboxes) in the foyer of the Cologne location can be used during opening hours of the Hochschule.
Protocols/reports can also be sent as PDF files from your university email address to the Examination Office.
These will be issued upon request and sent by mail after successful completion of all examinations and after submission of all required study and examination achievements. Individual information on what needs to be done is sent to graduates by e-mail.
Achievement overviews can be viewed and created at any time via the university portal. Instructions can be found below under Documents and Downloads.
Admissions are sent to the university mail address.

Exams that are designated as “bes.MP” in the respective study plan (e.g., exams in the major subject, final exams for Konzertexamen, and bachelor's and master's theses (concerts)) can generally only take place during the listed exam periods. The Rectorate decides on exceptions.
