Examination Office

The examination office informs students and teachers about:

• Examination matters
• Admission, planning and organization of the special module examinations (bes.MP) in the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs and the final examination Konzertexamen.
• Issuance of transcripts, diplomas and certificates as well as performance overviews for the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs.
• Admission to Bachelor's and Master's theses, concert exams, and academic term papers (admission applications can be found in the download area).
• Recognition of study and examination achievements
• Duplicate copies of degree documents (subject to a fee)/preliminary certifications of original degree documents for apostilles
• Other matters concerning examination law

• Please contact the Examinations Office by e-mail with your request and state your matriculation number in all inquiries.
• There are currently no fixed office hours. Individual appointments can be made by prior arrangement.
• The outside mailbox at the main entrances of the respective locations can be used at any time to hand in applications and documents.
• Furthermore, the post box 072 (yellow mailboxes) in the foyer of the Cologne location can be used during the opening hours of the Cologne University of Music and Dance.
• Protocols / reports can also be sent as a PDF file from the university email address to the Examination Office.
