News

What will happen? What will change?

We are switching to our new library system Alma and therefore the libraries at the Cologne site will be closed from Thursday, August 17 to Monday, August 21. The libraries in Aachen and Wuppertal will be open for on-site use, but borrowing will not be possible. All loan periods have already been extended through September.

Payment of fees:

From August 22 until the introduction of a new payment system at HfMT, fees can no longer be paid with the student card, but only by bank transfer.

New research interface IntrOX

The research interface "KatalogPlus", which you are familiar with from a user perspective, will be replaced by the new discovery system IntrOX.

What should you do?

  • Please pay all outstanding fees by July 31.
  • Borrow needed items in a timely manner.
  • Extend the loan periods of items you have borrowed or return items.
  • Use the open access area in Aachen and Wuppertal or electronic media.
