Department 4
The employees of Department 4 are divided into the two departments "Financial Management and Taxes" and Purchasing. The "Financial Management and Taxes" department is responsible, among other things, for drawing up and implementing the university budget and supporting the departments with various reports; it is also responsible for third-party funding management and processing payment transactions. The Purchasing department is responsible for the procurement of all items in accordance with the provisions of public procurement law, which are required for university operations.
