Department 2

The department is responsible for all student matters that arise within the student life cycle. In addition to the Student Secretariat and Examinations Office, other teams include the Central Student Advisory Service, which includes the International Office and the Professionalization Department, as well as the Department Management, which supports and advises deans and lecturers in all administrative matters and departmental management issues.

  • Please send your inquiries by e-mail to the Student Administration Office. There are currently no fixed consultation hours. In urgent cases and by prior arrangement, individual appointments can be made.
  • You can use the outside letterbox at the main entrances of the respective locations at any time to hand in applications and documents.
  • Postbox 256 (yellow letterboxes) in the foyer of the Cologne site can also be used during opening hours.

  • Please contact the Examinations Office by email with your request and quote your matriculation number in all inquiries.
  • In urgent cases and by prior arrangement, individual appointments can be made for consultation hours.
  • The outside mailbox at the main entrances of the respective locations can be used at any time to hand in applications and documents.
  • Furthermore, the post box 072 (yellow mailboxes) in the foyer of the Cologne location can be used during the opening hours of the Cologne University of Music and Dance.
  • Protocols / reports can also be sent as a PDF file from the university email address to the Examination Office.
  • For questions regarding the application for an aptitude test and aptitude tests in general, please use the following e-mail address: studiensekretariat@hfmt-koeln.de.
