Concert Exam

The Concert Examination program is a certificate program and separate from the Bachelor of Music/Master of Music system. The program comprises only the obligatory courses in the major. If required, additional specialized courses can be created and included on a certificate after successfully completion.

Admission Requirements

The admissions requirements for the aptitude test are a Master of Music or comparable degree with an excellent final grade in the major, as well as one letter of recommendation from the instructor under which the student hopes to study while at the University.

A 60-minute recital must be presented during the aptitude test and the applicants must bring their own accompaniment/répétiteur. Please indicate who you are bringing with you on the application!

Application

Application is only possible once a year for the respective winter semester. The application deadline is March 01. 

The application takes place online via the muvac platform. You can find all the information about the procedure on our Application page. 

The submission of a language certificate is not required. However, German language skills are desired.
