Frequently asked questions
- You can find all applications in the download section. Please send completed and signed applications in digitized form from your study-e-mail-account to the Student Administration Office (studiensekretariat@hfmt-koeln.de).
- Required comments from the lectures and approvals from the deans will be obtained from us.
- You will then receive the notification of your application by e-mail to your student-e-mail-account, which you should check regularly.

Office hours and contact:
- Please direct your enquiries by e-mail to studiensekretariat(at)hfmt-koeln(dot)de. At the moment, the student administration does not offer fixed office hours. In urgent cases and by prior arrangement, individual appointments can be made.
- The outside letterbox at the main entrances of the respective locations can be used at any time to hand in applications and documents.
- Furthermore, PO Box 256 (yellow letterboxes) in the foyer of the Cologne campus can be used during the opening hours.
