The Examination Office advises students and teaching staff on questions relating to the procedure for the final examinations in the Bachelor and Master degree courses, as well as the concert examinations.  

For questions on any issues relating to examinations, please contact the Examinations Office, via e-mail.   

The Examinations Office at the Cologne site is located on the mezzanine floor in Rooms 9 and 10 and in Wuppertal in Room 203.

Opening Hours --CURRENTLY CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19-PANDEMIC ---

At the moment, the student administration does not offer fixed office hours in order to keep direct contacts to a minimum against the background of the COVID 19 pandemic for the protection of students, teachers and staff of the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln.

You are welcome to request an individual appointment for a personal consultation by email at pruefungsamt@hfmt-koeln.de.

Please indicate what you are interested in. Based on the experience of the past semesters, most concerns can actually be clarified by email or telephone.

The outside letterbox at the main entrances of the respective locations (Köln, Aachen, Wuppertal) can be used at any time to hand in applications and documents.

You can also use post box 072 (yellow letterboxes) in the foyer of the Cologne campus during the opening hours of the Hochschule für Musik und Tanz Köln.

  • Approvals, planning and organisation for the special module examinations in the bachelor and master degree Courses
  • Issuing of reports, documents and certificates as well as transcripts of records and diploma supplements for the bachelor and master degree Courses
  • Bachelor and master theses, scientific papers
  • Recognition of study credits and examination results
  • Other concerns relating to the rules and regulations for examinations
