Leave of Absence and Academic Extension

The deadline to request a leave of absence for Summer Semester 2012 and academic extensions is July 11, 2012 (exception: leave of absence because of an internship).

Registering for Examinations

The registration period for diploma and preliminary diploma examinations as well as final examinations for certificate and postgraduate programs for Winter Semester 2012/13 is January 11-29, 2012.

The registration deadline for aptitude tests for bachelor’s and master’s programs beginning in Winter Semester 2012/13 is March 1, 2012.

The registration deadline for aptitude tests for teaching degree programs beginning in Winter Semester 2012/13 is March 1, 2012.

Registering for Practical Training Examinations

The deadline for Summer Semester 2012 is April 15, 2012

The deadline for Winter Semester 2012/13 is October 15, 2012

Special Dates for Diploma Students of Music Education, Protestant Church Music, Catholic Church Music

For students in their seventh semester, the deadline to have the topic approved for their capstone project for Summer Semester 2012 is June 1, 2012(date of receipt).

Composition: for students in their eighth semester, the deadline to have the topic approved for their academic project for Summer Semester 2012 is June 1, 2012 (date of receipt).

Dance education: for students in their third semester, the deadline to have the topic approved for their academic project for Summer Semester 2012 is June 1, 2012 (date of receipt).

If you wish to have previous examination results counted toward your academic record, please send us notarized copies for your academic transcripts.
